ground beef (or turkey)

black beans, drained and rinsed

can (15 oz)
corn, drained

packet
taco seasoning
1
cup
sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

cup
diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

green onions, chopped

Jalapeños for extra heat
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or turkey) until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes. Mix until well combined.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the Doritos at the bottom to create a layer.
Spoon the meat mixture evenly over the Doritos, followed by the sour cream mixture.
Top with the remaining Doritos and sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and jalapeños if desired before serving.
Notes
Add jalapeños for extra heat if desired.
