Method
Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water. Pat them dry gently with a kitchen towel.
Take a wooden skewer and slide on one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
Repeat this process until you've added 1 of each ingredient to the skewer, usually about 3 sets per skewer.
Lay the skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the skewers.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste before serving.
