In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, mixing until well coated.
Take a large tortilla and spread a generous tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center.
Layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese on top of the ranch dressing.
Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the layered ingredients. Top with green onions if desired.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
For a lovely touch, place the wraps seam-side down in a heated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Let the wraps cool for a minute before slicing them in half.
