Method
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Add Chicken and Cheeses: Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half of the chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish.
Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining green onions on top. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
