Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture in the bowl. Then add the feta cheese, black olives, and fresh basil.
Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Mix it Up: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated.
Chill and Serve: Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve cold or at room temperature.
