Begin by brewing the butterfly pea flower tea. Use 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers in a cup of boiling water. Steep for about 5-7 minutes until the tea turns a deep blue. Strain and let cool.
In a large glass or pitcher, mix the cooled butterfly pea flower tea with the blue curaçao syrup to incorporate the vibrant blue hues.
Add the fresh lime juice and stir gently. Taste the mix; if you prefer a sweeter drink, add agave syrup to your liking and mix well.
Take a tall glass, fill it halfway with ice cubes, and pour the butterfly pea mixture over the ice.
Top off each glass with sparkling water for a refreshing fizzy finish.
Gently stir to combine without losing the carbonation.
Garnish with lime slices and a few edible flowers floating on top for an attractive presentation.
