Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Fold in half of the cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using), mixing gently to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches works well) and spread it evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and any leftover blue cheese crumbles.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks for dipping.
