Instructions
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Increase the heat to high, then add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sriracha (if using), mixing thoroughly to coat the beef.
Add the red bell pepper and snap peas, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, tossing everything together to ensure the noodles are coated with the sauce.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
Notes
Add more sriracha for extra heat if desired.
