Method
In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, sliced banana, almond milk, almond butter, and honey/agave syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add more almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
Once blended, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey/agave syrup.
Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
Top the smoothie base with a layer of granola, fresh fruits, shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
Garnish with mint leaves for an added touch of freshness and color.
Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon!
