10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon for any disputes arising under these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing contact@foodishtalk.com with a description of your claim. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us. Sections 3–10 survive termination.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in full force.
